System not responding:
Any one or combo of peripherals may stop responding - a system hard boot will likely clear the issue - something likely caused a short in communication to PC.
System generally slow to respond:
Have user create a backup of the database to either cdrw, usb or local hard drive and then restore that backup. This will index the files and speed up the system
System slow to respond to keys menu or drawer slow to respond to an open request:
The software build may be corrupt – remove existing software build and reinstall same or update* Note: older software builds 10.** upgrading to newer builds 11.* may have issues with remote readers or database update, it's best to test before upgrading. IF dealer does not have original disk, a link is available for most builds.
