1. Log in to System
  2. Choose [Administration]
  3. Choose [System Configuration]
  4. Navigate to [Email] Tab
  5. Within the required fields, fill out the information for your personal outgoing Email server to allow the system to send reports to users via Email. It is suggested to use a generic gmail account for this purpose or another service that allows smtp.
  6. Set your desired Report time, before or after business hours is advised as system will temporarily be unavailable during report generation
  7. Save your settings and Navigate back to [Main] to [Log Off]
