- Log in to System
- Choose [Administration]
- Choose [System Configuration]
- Navigate to [Email] Tab
- Within the required fields, fill out the information for your personal outgoing Email server to allow the system to send reports to users via Email. It is suggested to use a generic gmail account for this purpose or another service that allows smtp.
- Set your desired Report time, before or after business hours is advised as system will temporarily be unavailable during report generation
- Save your settings and Navigate back to [Main] to [Log Off]
