Issue: PC will not load into application - stuck at initializing drawers
- Shutdown PC, disconnect power for 10 seconds or flush once off and restart PC If system loads, check contents of all drawers for above issues
- If system still hangs, Disconnect USB cables from all drawers to the PC and then restart the PC by pressing and holding the power button until it shuts down - Restart the system without any drawers attached.
- Check fingerprint reader, keyboard, mouse and tag reader for signs of worn cabling which could short out and not allow system to load.
- If it's none of the above, the problem is likely the PC itself
