Issue: Drawer recognized but will not open in application
- Check red power light at back of each drawer is on. And that the 4 pin din power cable is properly oriented (pins must align properly with the female end on the back of drawer)
- No power - Check that the ac cord attached to the adapter is firmly seated at the transformer and the plug end of the cord is firmly seated at the power source.
- Inspect adapter end or pass thru power cable end on drawer for damage Note: Drawers require 6'' clearance behind for cabling and also should have rubber feet under drawers to stop drawers from sliding- if feet are missing- there should be a stopper to prevent drawer from hitting wall and damaging cabling or wall itself)
