Creating a User Group
- Log in to System
- Select [Record Maintenance]
- Select [Group Maintenance]
- Select [Add]
- Give the User Group a description and assign the appropriate permissions for the group in the (General) tab
- Navigate to the (Administration) tab and assign any permissions this User Group may need
- Navigate to the (Check Out) tab and check off any check out reasons the User Group should be allowed to use, Note that Sales Delivery will unassign the selected vehicle from its Keytag, you will not want everyone to have access to this Reason
- Navigate to the (Reports) tab and give the desired reporting access levels for this Group
- Select [Save]
